Terms of Use.

Acceptance and eligibility

By downloading, purchasing, or using Model Viewer, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you are not legally able to agree on your own, a parent or legal guardian must agree for you.

Use of the iOS or iPadOS version is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Mandatory platform or consumer-protection terms control where they conflict with these terms.

License and acceptable use

Great Minds Create grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Model Viewer on devices you own or control as permitted by the applicable app-store rules.

You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation or security, use it to violate law or another person's rights, distribute unauthorized copies, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits that activity.

Your model files

You retain ownership of the files and content you open, organize, or copy with Model Viewer. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use those files and for maintaining appropriate backups.

Model Viewer may create thumbnails, local records, saved view settings, and app-managed copies solely to provide features you request. Removing a managed copy through the app is intended to remove that app copy, not the original external file.

Viewing accuracy and professional use

3D formats, exporters, materials, textures, layers, units, and geometry can vary. Model Viewer may not reproduce every source-file feature or appearance exactly. Rendering, measurements, metadata, classification, clipping, and material presentation should be independently verified before manufacturing, engineering, safety-critical, valuation, or other professional decisions.

Model Viewer is a viewing and organization tool. It is not a substitute for the source authoring application, professional CAD validation, engineering review, or manufacturing quality control.

Model Viewer Pro

Model Viewer may offer a one-time, non-consumable Pro purchase that unlocks features described in the app. The displayed price is supplied by Apple and may vary by storefront or tax treatment. Apple processes payment, purchase approval, refunds, and restoration to eligible devices using the Apple Account associated with the purchase.

Pro availability may depend on a valid App Store entitlement. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the app or its intellectual property. Except where required by law, refund requests are handled under Apple's policies.

Third-party components and services

Model Viewer includes or interoperates with Apple frameworks, file providers, and open-source model-parsing components. Those components may be governed by their own licenses. Files stored with iCloud Drive or another provider remain subject to that provider's terms.

Updates, availability, and termination

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the app, address security or compatibility issues, comply with law, or reflect platform changes. We do not guarantee that every model format, device, operating-system version, or third-party provider will remain supported.

Your license ends if you materially violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the app. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Model Viewer is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, format compatibility, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Great Minds Create will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost files, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of use, or business interruption arising from Model Viewer. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Privacy, changes, and contact

The Model Viewer Privacy Policy explains the app's data practices. We may update these terms prospectively; the effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them where permitted by law.
